This comes from my Southern Cooking Cookbook, I love sweet potatoes so much. This is good as a side dish or a special dish at Thanksgiving or Christmas.

This takes a little effort but boy this is sure delicious. I only make this for extra, extra special occasions.

This gives the chicken a nice crunchy bite. You can also cut the cutlets into fingers for a great appetizer.
